Destitute Gourmet!

Well we're certainly not Destitute - far from it! After all we are both working in paid employment now! -
And we certainly don't often eat Gourmet!
But I must reccommend the Destitute Gourmet Cookbooks from Sophie Gray (an NZer of course)! She has some wonderful recipes and they're pretty easy to make.

A few I like are:
Bacon and Mushroom Fettucine - great for Sunday night dinner after Mass - only about 20mins from chopping mushrooms to putting on the table.
Chicken Risotto
and the new one I tried the other night... Plymouth Pie!
